Per Day Detail
Design Description: Two weeks worth of physiological, exercise, and nutrition monitoring for a single individual. 41 parameters shown per day.
Use Case: Staff might use this layout to get a quick view of the influence of habits (sleep, nutrition, etc.) of a player on their workout performance and recovery scores.
Week on Week Leaderboard Monitoring
Design Description: An NFL season week by week look at how 30 different players ranked on a single parameter. Players are color coded and have links that connect their rankings week to week.
Use Case: Staff might use this layout when they want to see relative performance between a group of players on the same parameter. That could be a leaderboard ranking, or something specific like goals per game, total hits, etc.
The timing periodicity could day to day, week to week, or season over season.
Detailed Physiological Monitoring
Design Description: The five different rows represent five different parameters (HR, HRV, sleep stage, etc.) from a popular wearable recorded over one 24 hour period for one person. Readings were taken every 5 min, with each object showing changes in color and size for that single 5 min increment.
Use Case: This design could be used to show a single player’s physiological data over several days, or look in detail at multiple players in a single 24hr period, looking at detail of multiple parameters for each player.
Trainers might want to use this design to understand how workouts and nutrition affected the detail of sleep and recovery.
