How it works:

• Prep Instructions

  • July 5th: You will receive an email welcoming you to the beta product experience. We’ll ask for your t-shirt size, mailing address, and you’ll get instructions on how to securely upload the file with your Oura or Whoop, and Garmin or Apple watch data. [Because we are in beta testing, we will ask you to export these files once and share them with us manually.]

• Set 1: Accountability & Review

  • July 17th: You’ll get log in instructions to the beta platform with the first set of 3D data visualizations. They will take you through a thorough ‘accountability’ and review of the last year of sleep, readiness, and workout data.

  • Dates TBD: We’ll do three webinars to demonstrate how the visualizations can be used.

• Set 2: Analyze Peak Performance

  • August 7th: Second set of data visualizations will dive into the three best weeks, and three worst weeks of performance that you’ve identified from the previous year. You’ll get the chance to examine in detail what mix of behaviors and physiological responses contribute to peak and sub-par performance for you.

  • Dates TBD: We’ll do three webinars to demonstrate how the visualizations can be used.

• Set 3: Prep Daily & Weekly Monitoring Layouts

  • August 28th: Third of set of visualizations will help you identify the mixes of data parameters and visualization layouts that best support the questions you’re asking when you monitor and track your performance.

  • Dates TBD: We’ll do three webinars to demonstrate how the visualizations can be used.

Data Privacy & Security:

• Both founders were in the military, and we take your data privacy & security seriously.

• Your data (including profile information, user interaction, and your wearable data) will not be sold.

• When we transition from the beta product to the SaaS platform product in September/ October, we will permanently delete the wearable files you’ve uploaded and confirm that to you.

• The SaaS platform product will use an API connection to your wearables like Oura and Whoop, and you’ll have the opportunity to choose to sign into those when we launch that product in October.

Return Policy:

• If, after the release of the final set of visualizations on August 28th, 2023, you don’t like the product, we’re happy to give you a full refund, minus the 15% that will have been donated to the Valkyrie Project.
